Member of the month things!

ok i wanted to start a member of the month thing and this is what i will do for it...
1. i will pm who i think should be the member of the month, on the week before the new month.
2. the person must respond before the next month or the member from the month before will stay the member of the month
3. the member of the month will get to be an admin and costmize the site a bit(but tell me first)
4. once the month is up i will pm the old member of the month to tell them if they get to stay another month because the person i pmed didn't reply.
5. and that's all!!!!!!!!!! other than have fun and be a role model.
